APD has access to and processes the user's public information, in particular their contact name. This data is used only within the Social Network itself.
The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by APD, thereby showing interest in the information published on the Network. By joining our page, the user gives us their consent to the processing of the personal data published on their profile.
The user may at any time access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure their profile to safeguard their privacy.
Purposes for which the data is used on social networks
The information and personal data voluntarily provided by the user through APD's social media profiles are processed for the purpose of:
Posts
Once the user has joined APD's page, they may post on it comments, links, images or photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network, which they will do freely, voluntarily, and knowingly. In all cases, the user must be the owner of such content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights to it, or have the consent of the third parties concerned.
Any post on the page, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that offends or may offend morality, ethics, good taste, or decency, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one's own image, or the Law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, APD reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request that the user be permanently blocked.
APD will not be held responsible for content that a user has freely posted.
The user should bear in mind that their posts will be seen by other users, and the user is therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.
The user can always control their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share their connections with; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.
Images that may be posted on the page will not be stored in any file by APD, but they will remain on the Social Network.
Contests and promotions
APD reserves the right to hold contests and promotions in which users who have joined its page may participate. When the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, the rules of each contest or promotion will be published on that platform, always in compliance with the applicable regulations in force.
The Social Network does not in any way sponsor, endorse, or administer any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.
Advertising
APD will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. In any event, if it decides to process your contact details to carry out direct marketing activities, it will always do so in compliance with the requirements of the applicable regulations.
Recommending APD's page to other users so that they too can enjoy the promotions or stay informed of its activity will not be considered advertising.
Data protection rights
You may exercise your rights at any time, which are limited by the functionality of the social network, by requesting confirmation from APD as to whether your personal data is being processed by our Company and, if so, accessing it.
You may also request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Likewise, in certain circumstances, users may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will retain it only for the exercise or defense of claims. Users may also object to the processing of their data in certain circumstances. APD will stop processing the data, except on compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defense of possible claims. Finally, where applicable, the right to data portability may be exercised in order to obtain the data in electronic format or to have it transmitted to another entity.
