This website has been designed to present the information, activities, and services offered by gapd.es.
Use of the Portal confers the status of user thereof (hereinafter, the User) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice, and the User must read this Legal Notice carefully each time they intend to use the Portal, since its terms of use may be subject to change.
Access to the Portal is open and free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by users.
The use of certain services offered to Users through the Portal may be subject to their own specific conditions (hereinafter, the “Specific Conditions”) which, as the case may be, replace, supplement, and/or modify this Legal Notice. Therefore, prior to using such services, the User must also carefully read the corresponding Specific Conditions.
In any event, it should be noted that the services provided by gapd.es are priced as indicated in the corresponding commercial offer and are under no circumstances provided through the Portal.
The duration of this agreement is limited to the use of the Portal; consequently, the contract will end when Users disconnect from the Portal.
II. Use of the portal
The User must make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, and shall be liable for any damages that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with this obligation.
If the User wishes to send their résumé to gapd.es through the Portal, they must submit the completed data collection form; all fields are mandatory in order for the application to be considered in a selection process, and their use is subject to the privacy policy.
Furthermore, the information provided by the User through the Portal form must be truthful. Accordingly, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data they provide and undertakes to keep the information provided to gapd.es fully up to date so that it reflects, at all times, the User's actual situation, the User being solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements they make and for any damage caused to gapd.es or to third parties by the information they provide.
III. Links
If an Internet user places a link from their own website to the Portal, the link may only connect to the Portal's home page and may not reproduce it in any way; and, if the Portal's content is displayed together with external content, such external content may not mislead, confuse, or deceive Users as to the origin of the Portal's content, nor constitute an act of unfair comparison or imitation or an exploitation of the reputation of gapd.es.

gapd.es reserves all rights to the trademarks, trade names, or other distinctive signs, the patents, and the intellectual property relating to the content and design of this Internet Portal.
In particular, the content that appears or may appear on the Portal (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, links, graphic design, source code, etc.) is owned by gapd.es or by third parties who have expressly authorized gapd.es to include it on the Portal. VI. Governing law
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
